What products and services do you sell?

We provide both custom made and ready-made Note Books, Calendars, ReStick Notes, Packaging & Gift Boxes, Paper Bags and related accessories.

 

What is the difference between ready-made and custom-made?

Ready-made refer to the products that is fully assembled and ready for retail or logo and ads insertion such as our notebooks, journals and calendars. It is relatively cheaper and require a lower MOQ and takes a much shorter production lead time.

Custom-made products normally refer to a complete personalized product (notebooks cover/calendars/gift boxes etc) that solely customized for your promotion campaign and your brand. It will typically require higher MOQ and a slightly longer production lead time with a competitive cost per unit pricing.

 

Do you supply products that are environmentally wise choices?

Yes we do. As we are an FSC® certified company, we do use paper that comes from responsible managed forests upon request of our customers.

 

What is the minimum quantity which you required for customisation?

We would recommend a MOQ of at least 30 to 100 pcs for customization to enjoy more competitive pricing.

 

Do you provide artwork service?

Yes, we have a team of experienced in-house designer that is able to create the most stunning artwork for your brand.

 

If I have my own artwork, I should send it to your company in what format?

We will require the file to be sent in AI or PDF format. You may also request an AI/PDF template from our side and simply insert your artwork in it.

 

Can I place a large order to resell?

We do sell for resale. You may contact our agent care team at 03-8070 1183 to find out more.

 

How long will it take until I receive my order?

It will be depending on the complexity of your requirements, typically we can deliver as fast at within 3 days upon confirmation of the artwork.

 

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes, we are able to ship to most countries in the world.

 

Will I be assigned sales personnel once I initiate an enquiry?

Yes, we will assign a sales representative to fully in charge of your account. From the beginning to after sales service, you will only need to deal with one personnel.

 

What information do I need to provide for an immediate quotation?

Just furnished us with basic information to facilitate a quotation from us:

  • Items Required (Packaging box/notebooks etc) 
  • Required quantity (1000pcs/5000pcs)
  • Size (A5 Size notebooks/ Box dimensions etc)
  • Material (FSC Certified Paper, corrugated paper, PU Leather etc)
  • Finishing options (4 colours/Pantone colour printing, Spot UV, Logo Debossing etc)
  • Artwork indication (if applicable)
